eLama is a standalone SaaS service within the Yandex ecosystem, one of the largest in Russia in the field of internet marketing. We have created a platform that has been simplifying work with online advertising for 15 years. Various advertising systems are integrated into the personal account, such as Yandex Direct, VK Ads, Telegram Ads. Users can launch their advertising on all these platforms, as well as utilize tools for automating advertising campaigns.

We work with over 40 thousand clients. Among them are Redmond, Ozon, Dodo Pizza, Garant, Nikon, Grow Food, and other companies. We process vast arrays of client data to create a unique service that helps build effective online advertising campaigns, increase website traffic, and save time and money when working with advertising.

What tasks await you

Optimization and Enhancement of Business Process Transparency You will analyze current financial and operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop proposals for their optimization. You will also enhance the transparency of operations to ensure effective management.

Project Management and Participation in Cross-Functional Projects You will participate in and manage projects aimed at increasing the company's efficiency. It will be necessary to ensure coordination between various departments to achieve common goals.

Analysis of Legislative Changes You will need to study changes in legislation — in the fields of advertising, labeling, taxes, sanctions restrictions, currency regulation, etc. And develop convenient solutions for the company so that it can operate effectively within legal norms.

Building a Financial Control System You will create and implement a financial control system in the company to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

We expect that you

• Have more than three years of experience in finance and accounting
• Know how to organize and improve company business processes
• Are capable of organizing the work of different teams within a project
• Know 1C and the rules for processing primary documentation
• Are proficient in Excel (complex functions, formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint at an advanced level

It will be a plus

• Have worked in the field of online advertising or in services provided via the internet
