Financial Manager for Lease Relations at Lavka

Yandex Lavka is a service for delivery of groceries and various goods. We have about 700 dark stores across Russia.

The accounting and administrative support sector team of Yandex Lavka is looking for a Financial Manager for Lease Relations. You will be working with the variable portion of lease payments.

What tasks await you

Control of utility payments You will check incoming invoices, monitor payment deadlines and coordinate them with responsible persons, ensure timely and correct execution of payments, minimizing the risks of delays and penalties.

Reporting and interaction with landlords You will generate utility reports, conduct correspondence and telephone negotiations with landlords, send requests for clarification of accounting and other information, draft letters for refund or offset of funds, promptly respond to incoming requests related to payments.

Working with accounting documentation You will interact with the accounting team, reconcile data according to reconciliation acts, connect and use the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), ensure correct preparation and transfer of documents in digital format.

We expect that you

• Have made payments, including preparation of payment orders and monitoring their execution
• Have worked in Google Sheets or Excel, creating spreadsheets, formulas, filters, and pivot reports
• Read and analyze reconciliation acts, identify discrepancies and inaccuracies
• Understand the differences between an invoice and a UPD, know their purpose and formatting features
• Know the structure of a lease agreement, including sections related to utility payments and obligations of the parties
• Prepare utility payment reports in accordance with internal and external requirements
• Possess basic accounting theory, understand the principles of reflecting utility expenses in accounting
• Speak and write competently, able to conduct business negotiations
• Are attentive to details and meticulous when working with numerical data and documents
