Financial Analyst

Our team is responsible for preparing management reporting in the Search Services and AI business group. You will become part of a friendly and professional team where every employee contributes to the company's development.

Your main tasks will be preparing high-quality presentations and management reports for top management, variance analysis, and participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.

The goal is to help the business make data-driven decisions.

What tasks await you

Preparation of management reporting You will participate in financial closing processes, analyze deviations of actuals from plan, prepare presentations for management, fulfill internal control requirements, and participate in the preparation of external reporting.

Forecasting and budgeting You will need to annually work with colleagues to build top-down and bottom-up budget versions, as well as perform quarterly and intra-month re-forecasts of financial results.

Reporting automation and ad-hoc requests You will work with technical specialists to automate reporting collection processes, participate in formulating technical specifications and managing projects that improve processes. Additionally, you will sometimes need to quickly prepare information for ad-hoc requests from related departments and management.

We expect you to

• Have worked in the financial analysis and budgeting department of a large company
• Know the principles of management accounting, cost allocation, planning, and budgeting
• Know the basics of RAS and GAAP
• Have excellent command of MS Excel
• Be capable of quickly and efficiently preparing analytical reports and processing large amounts of information
• Be skilled in preparing presentations
• Think analytically and be able to work in a multitasking environment

It will be a plus if you

• Hold CIMA, CFA, or CMA certificates
• Have worked with OEBS and Hyperion Planning systems
