Financial Analyst

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing financial and analytical support for the Avito Real Estate vertical;
• Participating in planning and budgeting processes;
• Conducting plan-actual variance analysis;
• Supporting monthly financial close, providing analysis and reporting;
• Acting as a financial expert for the business;
• Analyzing financial results and deviations from plan to develop recommendations;
• Participating in the preparation and defense of investment cases;
• Monitoring business metrics in dashboards and writing technical specifications for vertical analysts regarding BI improvements;
• Creating and enhancing calculation and analytical tools;
• Identifying growth opportunities for the product and internal business processes.

We Expect You to Have:

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst;
• Relevant higher education (mathematics, economics, finance);
• Experience working at Big Tech companies (will be a plus);
• Skills in product efficiency assessment, unit economics, and investment projects;
• Understanding of the conceptual foundations of RAS and IFRS;
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL (will be a plus);
• Data visualization skills;
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Self-sufficiency and accountability for results.
