Workplace Manager for Yandex Urban Services

The Yandex Urban Services Real Estate Team is looking for an administrative projects manager who will manage workplaces.

What tasks await you

Organizing Relocations and Reconfigurations You will plan team rearrangements and organize team relocations within offices and between them, communicate with employees in chat, advise them on seating arrangements, relocations, and preparation of new workstations. You will initiate changes to work zones and properly assign tasks to related teams, work with analytical data to identify deviations in workplace usage.

Coordination and Procurement You will select office furniture and arrange purchases, coordinate your work with other office departments and the work of contractors.

We expect that you

• Have worked as an administrative or project manager in facilities management (AHD) in a large Class A office for at least two years
• Have organized relocations, reconfigurations, and rebuilds
• Know how to organize office operations
• Quickly and independently make decisions in problematic situations
• Conduct negotiations and present information competently
• Are ready to solve complex tasks and propose non-standard options
• Write and speak competently
• Confidently use a computer: know Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Are proficient in AutoCAD or NanoCAD: can prepare and edit layouts, read project plans
• Can read technical drawings, understand how building engineering systems are structured
