The Autonomous Vehicle Operations Department tests vehicles in real-world conditions. For daily tasks, the team uses various tools — both proprietary and external.

Our group ensures that the tools meet the requirements of the operations department staff. We collect technical specifications, assign tasks to tool development and analytics teams, monitor their execution, automate internal processes, and handle external integrations.

Currently, it is important for us to systematize processes within the department and conduct an internal audit of them.

What tasks await you

Process audit and systematization You will analyze workflow processes across all streams of the department to determine which ones are digitized, documented, and verified, and which are not. Then, you will need to build a unified process map and propose regulations: how often and by what criteria they should be reviewed to maintain operational efficiency.

We expect you to

• Have graduated from a university with a core technical specialty (innovation, physics, mathematics, automotive topics) or have an interest in technology
• Have worked with processes in large companies
• Understand the basics of project lifecycle management (Waterfall, agile methodologies) and have an idea of how business processes, areas of responsibility, and work stages are structured
• Think structurally and work with information: see the overall picture of processes, can gather data into a coherent whole and build a clear diagram or map (with the help of a mentor)
• Are familiar with the concept of 'audit' and are willing to delve into checking process efficiency

Will be a plus

• Have worked with 1C or electronic document management systems (EDMS)
• Understand the logic of 1C or EDMS operation
