The design team for Yandex data center engineering systems is looking for a project manager. We have several major facilities that are actively developing. There are also new projects planned for implementation in the coming years. You will be involved in the entire process of creating a data center, from the idea 'we need to build...' to the launch of all engineering systems. What tasks await you

Project Issues You will develop concepts and design solutions for various engineering systems and their interconnections. Prepare technical specifications for design and work execution. Interact with external design teams. Along with this, you need to keep your finger on the pulse of the project and consider changes arising from operational experience.

Project Implementation You will be responsible for technical support of the project during its implementation, as well as control and verify as-built documentation.

Procurement and Tender Processes You will prepare initial data for tenders to select contractors for design and project implementation, analyze proposals from a technical point of view together with the team, and also search for new contractors.

We expect you to

• Have more than three years of experience designing building engineering systems
• Have experience installing building engineering systems
• Know the rules and requirements for project documentation formatting
• Be proficient in AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Office, MS Project
• Be able to work with people: conduct conversations, meetings, handle business correspondence
• Be able and willing to work in a team
• Be a responsible, punctual, involved, results-oriented, and detail-oriented person
• Be ready to learn new things and work under fast-changing conditions
