Project Manager for User Documentation Group

Yandex Crowd is a large-scale infrastructure service of Yandex. We implement crowdsourcing to scale business processes (data labeling, content moderation, field research, testing) and build internal product functions (customer service, telemarketing, localization, and documentation). We launched the Yandex Tasks crowdsourcing platform, participated in the launch of YandexGPT, the launch of Search in Kazakhstan, teaching Alice the Arabic language and even whispering - and in many other Yandex projects. Our team helps Yandex services, such as Yandex Cloud, Taxi, Market, etc., develop technical and user documentation.

We are looking for a project manager to join the user documentation group. You will build interaction with documentation customers and with related teams, as well as optimize current solutions.

What tasks await you

Developing relationships with customers You will manage a portfolio of customers: identify and study needs, process feedback, improve the user experience, advise customers on the optimal solution to their business tasks using Yandex Crowd.

Expanding the service package You will need to study competitors, the market and demand, develop a center of knowledge and expertise in your field, influence strategic development, and launch new services.

Managing resources of related teams You will coordinate the entire cycle of interaction with customers, including involving related departments (the documentation production team, localization, design, and training groups) to provide customers with a turnkey service package.

Achieving target indicators You will promote the group's services within the company, monitor, optimize business processes and increase their efficiency, improve operational metrics, including the automation percentage.

We expect you to

• Have managed a team of five or more people (technical professions)
• Be skilled in negotiations, easily establish contact with people
• Know key product metrics
• Think systematically, can find patterns and create processes to optimize solving similar tasks in the future
• Know how to describe areas of responsibility, organize performers and engage them in task implementation
• Have an excellent understanding of modern information technologies
• Be proactive, able to make independent decisions, launch projects

• Love and know how to conduct demos and presentations
