About the Team
Our team oversees the entire recruitment process for young professionals taking their first career steps, offering them internships with us and subsequently permanent positions. We actively collaborate with universities so that more students can learn about opportunities at Avito.
We are looking for a community manager ready to develop the internal community of interns, communicate extensively with young people, be knowledgeable about educational trends, and eager to organize numerous events for interns and graduates of our educational programs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the community of interns working across different functional areas: onboarding, support, and development;
- Guide students in joint educational programs (Master's, Bachelor's) throughout the full cycle of study and internship completion;
- Build interaction with university representatives within joint programs;
- Work in close partnership with the methodology team: monitor the effectiveness of tools, propose new formats, build the intern development path;
- Develop and implement a strategy for evolving the mentorship institute among intern mentors;
- Improve processes for organizing masterclasses for interns and informal activities in Moscow;
- Conduct in-person events for 30-60 people in the office and at other venues;
- Compile analytical reports on conducted events and maintain the internal database;
- Participate in and launch other projects that help promote our employer brand within the company.
We expect you to have:
- At least two years of experience in project management and at least one year in community development;
- Successful experience managing projects in areas related to youth work, education, or employer branding;
- No fear of extensive communication with various stakeholders;
- Ability to make decisions in rapidly changing conditions;
- A systematic approach to task execution and ability to plan events six months in advance;
- Basic Excel skills or willingness to learn quickly;
- Be active, adept at multitasking, independent, and open to new experiences.
