About the team
Our team oversees the entire hiring process for young specialists taking their first career steps, offering them internships at Avito and, afterwards, a permanent position. We work extensively with universities and launch educational programs so that even more students can learn about opportunities for them at Avito.
We are looking for a talented project manager who will develop the Avito employer brand and the university engagement direction together with a great team.
You will be responsible for:
- developing partnerships with universities;
- participating in university events and organizing open days, lectures, and other activities for students, applicants, and school pupils;
- organizing events at Avito offices for students, applicants, and school pupils;
- evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of events;
- proposing and implementing new formats of interaction with students;
- launching other projects together with the team that will help tell students, applicants, and school pupils about our brand.
We expect you to have:
- at least three years of experience in project management and at least one year in organizing events for students and engaging with universities;
- launched projects for students and school pupils;
- successful experience managing projects in areas related to youth engagement, education, or employer branding;
- are not afraid of a high volume of communication with various stakeholders;
- can make decisions in fast-changing conditions;
- are proactive, multitasking, independent, and open to new experiences.
