About the team
We are looking for a manager to work with the external community in non-tech areas for the employer brand team. The main task is to create an external employer brand for people working in sales, marketing, HR, business development, and customer service centers.
A strong internal culture and a strong external tech brand have already been built within the company. But we are not stopping there and want to reach all audiences. Our approach is not to be afraid of experiments and to do what no one has done before.
Your responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management: creating a working group and convenient processes that engage business, recruitment, content managers, and PR specialists in working on the brand for their area;
- Develop a strategy (for one and three years): market positioning, content strategy, key messages;
- Organize events of varying complexity levels: meetups, conferences, private parties, partnerships with conferences;
- Ensure the implementation of the content plan in blogs and Telegram channels, prepare speakers;
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities;
- Monitor and manage metrics: reach, ratings, NPS, surveys, etc.
We expect you to have:
- At least two to three years of experience in branding, community management, DevRel, or related areas;
- Experience in organizing offline and online events;
- Possess excellent communication and process-building skills;
- Know how to build a strategy for working with an external community;
- Love good content and understand how to create it;
- Have excellent networking skills.
