Conducting daily operational management of communication projects — from brief receipt to results evaluation;
Managing the development and implementation of brand strategies and advertising campaigns at federal and regional levels;
Coordinating the production of communication materials, including video, outdoor advertising, digital formats, naming, identity, and landing pages;
Establishing interaction processes with category managers;
Developing communication strategies considering category needs;
Tracking key project performance metrics and formulating proposals for stabilizing indicators together with the manager (memorability, clarity, appeal of creatives; delivery of key message; brand relevance; increasing brand trust; growth of awareness and key image attributes; task implementation speed; level of internal customer satisfaction);
Controlling project documentation flow;
Monitoring and optimizing project labor costs;
Participating in conducting tenders and developing basic department processes.
We expect you to have:
Led the development of comprehensive 360 advertising campaigns (television, digital channels, outdoor advertising, special projects) — from briefings to receiving and interpreting final results;
Experience in building relationships with internal customers and the ability to explain the principles of communications, creative work, processes, etc.;
Led the development of positioning and communication strategies, formation of creative frameworks and big ideas;
Knowledge of the market for creative services and production;
Experience in conducting tenders;
Worked on optimizing timelines and budgets with external contractors;
Experience in building processes both within the team and in interaction with external partners;
Understanding of key performance metrics for marketing activities, including brand, media, and creative indicators;
Ability to work with data, interpret it, and draw substantiated conclusions;
Experience in managing teams, including functional and cross-functional reporting lines;
Experience working with an in-house creative team and distributing tasks between internal specialists and agencies.
