About the Team
The team is engaged in developing and launching large-scale special projects in the largest vertical of Avito. Our projects are not just aimed at achieving large reach and virality — we grow BHT metrics, minimize CPA, and analyze the incrementality of our launches with an effect on business metrics.
You will be responsible for:
- leading special projects end‑to‑end: from insight and creative idea to production, launch, and post‑analytics;
- working at the intersection of offline and digital support;
- engaging in proactive search for new "territories" for the brand;
- launching end-to-end projects with viral potential and a focus on results;
- working in close collaboration with vertical marketing and the marketing communications team;
- assembling a cross‑functional team (marketing, brand, PR, product, analytics, legal, procurement) and managing stakeholders;
- managing budget and documentation: estimates, tenders/contractors, contracts, deadlines, and risks;
- fulfilling KPIs: growth of BHT metrics, maximizing reach, and minimizing CPA;
- managing the team and external contractors.
We expect that you:
- have at least five years of experience in marketing;
- have managed a directly subordinate team for at least one and a half years;
- have worked in-house at a large IT/e-commerce/FMCG company or in a large agency;
- have worked with bloggers/influencers and understand how to build win‑win partnerships;
- have launched projects with integration into the product, as well as at the intersection of offline and digital;
- have experience with special projects, integrations into shows, blogger procurement processes;
- have launched activities with a viral effect.
