The Avito Advertising marketing team develops and promotes one of Avito's key products — the advertising cabinet for businesses. We form a marketing strategy aimed at product growth, strengthening the brand image, and attracting new advertisers. Our team develops the full spectrum of marketing activities — from performance campaigns and branding initiatives to personalized communications, special projects, and large-scale events. We create thoughtful B2B mechanics, launch creative campaigns, and build partnerships with leading advertising agencies across the country.
You will be responsible for:
- Building a product marketing system that ensures revenue growth for Avito's advertising products through clear positioning, value packaging for key segments, and the launch and scaling of go-to-market strategies;
- Managing a team of product marketers, developing the team, being responsible for evaluation, hiring, and onboarding of employees;
- Being responsible for marketing metrics: demand and its conversion into revenue, growth of new advertisers, growth of average check and product mix, activation, and retention;
- Forming the product line, building the offer architecture, being responsible for the strategy of creating landing pages for different industries and segments;
- Researching the market and customers;
- Closely collaborating with sales and product development teams to synchronize marketing initiatives with business goals.
We expect you to have:
- At least three years of leading the B2B product marketing function in a large IT company or ecosystem;
- Over one year of managing a team of two or more people;
- Experience working with the SMB (small and medium business) segment and the enterprise segment;
- Experience working with self-service and a large audience;
- The ability to build communication with a large number of business stakeholders;
- The ability to build long-term strategies and structurally describe action plans;
- Experience working with digital channels, knowledge of unit economics, and the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
