Avtokhab (Autohub) — is a one-stop service for managing key business processes of an auto dealer: from purchase to sale. We help automate the dealer's operations, manage the deal cycle, and increase profits.
Avito Autokhab, a new project, has combined all the best tools for developing an auto dealer's business through the synergy of two successful teams — "Makspostera" and "Kharaba".
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a B2B marketing strategy for attracting, retaining, and developing auto dealers on the Avito Auto platform;
- Managing the sales funnel (lead generation → onboarding → retention → up-sell) through marketing tools;
- Analyzing the market and competitors, identifying key needs of auto dealers, and adapting marketing activities to their demands;
- Managing communications with the segment (email campaigns, webinars, content marketing, targeted advertising, partnership programs);
- Closely collaborating with sales and product teams to synchronize marketing initiatives with business goals;
- Planning both online and offline events for dealers to enhance loyalty and engagement;
- Developing the team: evaluating, hiring, and onboarding employees.
We expect that you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, 2+ years of team management experience; advantage if in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or the auto business;
- Possess a successful track record of working with marketing channels such as: events, content, CRM, etc.;
- Are skilled in building long-term strategies and structurally describing action plans;
- Have successfully worked with sales and business teams in the past – participated in forming business strategy, sales funnels, etc.;
- Have worked in cross-functional teams and are familiar with the principles of product teams;
- Think analytically in your work – assess potential, can justify hard-to-measure B2B marketing activities.
