Senior Manager, "Liquidity Management" Division

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing buyer-side economics;
• Analyzing unit economics for customer acquisition and calculating key metrics;
• Identifying sources of growth without compromising quality;
• Developing new customer acquisition models;
• Developing strategic use cases for the category;
• Leading initiative portfolio management;
• Building cross-functional collaboration with teams.

We expect you to:

• Have over three years of experience in bizdev, growth, strategy, proptech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or classifieds;
• Be able to calculate channel unit economics, evaluate initiative ROI, work with P&L, and build economics for growth hypotheses;
• Have experience launching new channels, testing hypotheses, and scaling successful cases;
• Have experience launching growth initiatives or new user acquisition channels;
• Know how to form go-to-market and initiative portfolios and prioritize them based on economics;
• Be able to work with analytics, establish cause-and-effect relationships, and diagnose funnels;
• Have a deep understanding of user CJM, product growth points, and the impact of UX on conversion;
• Have experience with performance marketing.
