Senior Product Manager for Avito Part-time Jobs Team
Avito Part-time Jobs is a new temporary employment service, a marketplace for gig workers and tasks from major clients, making the search for part-time work simple, clear, and safe. We are very fast-paced and driven, operating as a startup within a corporation. We launched the first version of our transactional platform in just 4.5 months and have no plans to stop there. Our goal is to become #1 in the platform-based employment market!
As a Senior Product Manager for Part-time Jobs, you will be responsible for marketplace management tools: subsidies, personalized offers, and other mechanisms directly impacting the effective filling of shifts by gig workers and our most important metric - fill rate.
Your main task is to create the necessary conditions so that even the most urgent shift gets filled, while ensuring both the gig worker and the client are satisfied.
Build a manageable model for the efficiency of monetary tools: • Initiate experiments and formulate hypotheses; • Measure the effect and interpret results together with an analyst; • Determine which tools drive an increase in completed shifts and at what cost; • Make data-driven decisions on budget reallocation together with the business.
Be responsible for increasing the number of completed shifts using the platform's monetary tools: • Formulate and defend your strategy; • Ensure growth in shift completion while controlling budget; • Develop shift top-ups, bonuses for taking multiple shifts, and other monetary tools.
Improve the clarity and transparency of the tools: • Conduct UX research; • Make bonus terms obvious; • Remove perception barriers and test the impact of changes on conversion;
Create a scalable bonus assignment system: • Develop configuration tools; • Automate assignment; • Reduce the share of manual operations.
