Senior Product Manager (ML Autotasking, Personalization Team)

About the Team

ML Autotasking is an internal Avito product for the sales department. We increase the efficiency of salespeople through intelligent automation: from selecting relevant commercial offers and discount mechanics to LLM prompts during calls and follow-up communications in chats. Our goal is to increase incremental revenue.

Examples of Future Tasks:

• Develop the recommendation system: find the right sellers and select the best offer for them today;
• Develop omnichannel: show offers at the right time and in the right channel;
• Develop LLM applications: create personalized communication (why the product is beneficial, how much it costs, when to offer it);
• Participate in product platformization — turn separate solutions into a convenient self-service platform for verticals.

It would be great if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in DS/ML products. Hands-on experience with LLM applications (including via API);
• Experience in research: A/B testing, causal inference, qualitative interviews;
• Data and analytics skills: SQL (reading/checking data marts), correct formulation of tasks for DS/DE, analysis of results.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in e-commerce, ads, or sales-assist domains;
• Launches of recommendation and ranking systems;
• Development and launch of ML models by yourself.
