Managing partner communications You will continuously monitor mentions of the service and inquiries in all communication channels (chats, social media), analyze them, identify key trends, and promptly respond to questions and issues, proposing effective solutions.
Product expertise and knowledge development You will need to systematically collect and update information about new product launches and updates, create and maintain a unified hub of up-to-date knowledge.
Developing partner relationships and improving the service You will organize the collection and systematization of feedback from partners (suggestions, complaints, wishes), and promptly forward feature requests and problematic cases to relevant departments to improve the service.
