Team Lead Developer for Internal Projects Team

Your responsibilities:

Lead the development team for C&B process automation services;
Participate in making technical decisions and planning the development process;
Monitor and improve team workflows, increase development efficiency;
Be responsible for project deadlines and quality on a long-term horizon from a quarter to six months;
Develop team members: solve their problems, help them achieve career goals, evaluate them during performance reviews.

We expect you to:

Have over 3 years of experience managing a cross-functional team;
Possess commercial development experience using the Golang language;
Have a good understanding of the development process and be able to organize and optimize it;
Understand microservice architecture and design patterns;
Know when to insist on a quality solution and when it can be compromised.
