Development Team Lead for the Support Systems Team
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a cross-functional product development team of 5 people;
- Quarterly planning, creating roadmaps, setting technical goals;
- Developing engineers, conducting performance reviews;
- Being responsible for the team's operational metrics;
- Interacting with the Product Owner, managing expectations.
We expect you to:
- Have at least 2 years of experience leading a product development team;
- Be ready to delve into designing the system as a whole, not just its individual parts;
- Be interested in business metrics and act as a co-owner of the product;
- Take responsibility for decisions made and the outcome;
- Not be afraid of extensive communication with adjacent teams.
