QA CoE Unit Development Lead

You will:
- support and develop the unit's technical strategy (planning horizon — one year);
- plan the unit's work, set goals for teams, and monitor their achievement;
- develop team leads, create Individual Development Plans (IDP), help grow engineers;
- be responsible for the quality and timeliness of delivery of technical solutions;
- take an active part in forming the product roadmap, be a partner to the unit's product leader;
- proactively improve the maturity level of internal and external processes, identify bottlenecks, and solve resource problems.
We expect you to:
- have experience managing cross-functional teams;
- have managed teams through team leads/managers;
- have experience in people development;
- have experience in developing and maintaining systems for a large audience;
- have experience in optimizing development processes;
- understand the principles of microservice architecture;
- be able to build communication with neighboring development teams and other functions;
- be able to design, discuss, and defend architectural solutions;
- use a systematic approach to working with people (motivation, development, adaptation);
- have experience with DS-/ML-based products/technologies (will be a plus).
