What tasks await you

Development of product solutions related to authorization You will have to solve tasks of user data security, improve the reliability and performance of services, participate in the architectural design of systems. You will also set up code review processes and improve code quality.

Managing a team of developers You will need to help the team plan tasks, estimate deadlines, and control the quality of work. You will have to develop the team, create conditions for professional growth and learning, and conduct regular meetings. In addition, it is necessary to effectively resolve conflicts and maintain a positive climate in the team, motivating members to achieve common goals. You will evaluate team performance and implement mechanisms to optimize processes, actively participate in product and technical meetings.
