Key Account Business Development Manager

We are looking for a strategic business development manager. You will be responsible for the growth and development of key clients from the financial services industry in the fields of insurance and leasing.

What tasks await you

Achieve the sales plan for Yandex's key advertising products You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and growing Yandex's share of the client's budget, expanding budgets, and entering new areas.

Build long-term partnerships and develop an interaction strategy You will build a year-ahead interaction strategy with the client, create a roadmap for products and formats, and conduct negotiations with the client's decision-makers and C-level executives.

Scale products and launch cross-product solutions You will need to initiate and launch cross-product solutions (performance + display + special projects and new formats), create commercial proposals, and defend them at the client's business level.

We expect you to

• Have experience in digital advertising and B2B sales
• Understand how display and performance tools work, and know how to sell them as a business solution
• Be able to conduct complex negotiations and hold your position
• Think strategically and know how to find growth points
• Be confident working with numbers, budgets, and KPIs
• Be ready to take responsibility for the result
