Partner Sales Manager

Yandex Plus AdTech is a new division of the Plus and Fan Tech business group within Yandex, which develops gamified B2C solutions, advertising formats and integrations for B2B partners, and manages a large-scale loyalty program with Plus points. The division also includes Edadil, a leading service for promotions and special offers for users. Thanks to these products, Plus AdTech connects modern advertising technologies with opportunities to increase the engagement and loyalty of Yandex's most transactionally active audience.

The main advertising and commercial products and integrations in the special projects segment are concentrated in fan tech services (KinoPoisk, Music, Books, Afisha). Millions of people use these services, and they are actively developing: growing their audience and expanding their range of in-service products and features.

We are looking for a manager for selling special projects to partners. You will be responsible for attracting new advertisers and partners for all Fan Tech services, developing existing partnerships, and increasing their effectiveness. This will help us continue to delight our audience with new features and improve products for subscribers.

We expect you to have a good understanding of the market for media and digital special projects, sponsorships, and advertising integrations, as well as an understanding of the specifics of advertising in paid subscription services. It's important to us that you have a track record of successful sales in this industry.

What tasks await you

Partner collaboration and advertising product sales You will sell integrations with fan tech services, digital advertising, and sponsorship opportunities to achieve sales KPIs. Find new partners and expand cooperation with current ones, create comprehensive packages considering their business objectives. You will also be able to participate in creating advertising products, special projects, and cross-service projects related to fan tech services.

We expect that you

• Have worked in sales of media/digital advertising special projects
• Have a good understanding of the marketing funnel and its stages, know how to build CJM for advertising special projects, and can create proposals, packages, presentations
• Know the market and all major advertisers
• Have a portfolio of large and successful case studies, implemented special projects, and sponsorship advertising integrations with high media reach and metrics
