Partner Development Manager, UrbanAds

Yandex UrbanAds is an integrated advertising platform for Yandex's Urban Services, allowing ad placement in Yandex Go, Yandex Eda, Yandex Lavka, and Yandex Market. It is the first Retail Media platform on the market that enables ad integration across multiple user daily scenarios. For example, while selecting products on a marketplace, ordering a taxi, or ordering prepared food. The platform's tools provide access to an audience of 94 million monthly users.

What tasks await you

Develop and maintain relationships with partners You will conduct meetings, identify growth opportunities, and help partners improve their results. It is important to build trusting relationships and see the potential of each project to ensure long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.

Sell and launch UrbanAds advertising solutions You will be selecting optimal formats to solve partners' tasks—from classic display ad placements to creative special projects. You will create media plans, prepare presentations, and propose solutions that will make you stand out in the market.

Manage projects from idea to final report You will need to ensure the full project cycle: from the initial sale to the final report.

We expect that you

• Have experience in selling display advertising and managing special projects (online/offline)

• Have worked in e-commerce, media, or affiliate marketing

• Can manage multiple projects in parallel and work under tight deadlines

• Know the basics of digital advertising and metrics

• Are capable of setting tasks effectively and monitoring their execution

• Possess excellent communication skills: can find common ground and negotiate

• Are willing to take responsibility for the result and see the project through to completion

• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and want to learn new things quickly
