Our team develops advertising agencies and technology partners in the performance direction — business promotion on the classifieds platform. Our employees attract new advertising agencies to develop the agency sales channel in the segment of professional sellers, as well as monitor the effectiveness of the direction and the achievement of business metrics.
You will be responsible for:
- attracting new advertising agencies to develop the agency sales channel in the segment of professional sellers;
- training them on working with the platform and the entire Avito product line, seeking new collaboration formats;
- monitoring the effectiveness of the direction and the achievement of business metrics (cost to sell, cost to revenue, revenue uplift, number of partners, number of clients acquired through this channel, average check);
- participating in setting up efficient business processes in the sales department and customer service;
- conducting presentations, commercial negotiations, training webinars, and workshops;
- gathering technical/product needs of advertising agencies and incorporating them into product development;
- building effective interaction with marketing and product teams to achieve business goals;
- participating in project activities from the sales department side together with the b2b marketing team.
We expect you to:
- have at least 2 years of experience working with partners or advertising agencies in a similar role;
- have successfully attracted and developed partners or advertising agencies;
- have skills in conducting presentations, organizing events or training for partners;
- be able to identify key points under conditions of high uncertainty and communicate your thoughts clearly;
- conduct commercial negotiations at the decision-maker level, be able to manage dialogue and defend the company's interests;
- be able to build processes, analyze data, and formulate conclusions based on it;
- make independent and quick decisions within your area of responsibility.
