Partnership Manager for Eda

Yandex Food and Delivery is one of the largest food-tech ecosystems. We help millions of users across the country order ready-made meals, groceries, and more on a daily basis, ensuring high delivery speed and quality.

For the last four years, an advertising platform for service partners and other brands has been actively developing within Yandex Food. We are looking for a Partnership Manager for the CEHAC direction. You will need to listen to customers, persuade them, handle objections, and solve complex and ambitious tasks. We have a startup atmosphere: we come up with and implement new opportunities for clients, and execute complex projects that help partners and our revenue grow.

What tasks await you

Partnership Development You will implement partnership development strategies in the CEHAC category, negotiate with partners for placement on the advertising platform in both media and special projects, conclude long-term agreements, monitor their execution, and attract new partners to the platform.

Managing the Partner Portfolio You will find new partners and develop existing ones, look for additional growth opportunities for the CEHAC direction on the advertising platform, as well as new ways of interacting with clients and agencies.

Cross-Team Collaboration Behind every advertising campaign lies the work of several departments. You will need the ability to establish quality interaction within Yandex Food with the marketing, analytics, content, and product teams.

We expect that you

• Have worked on e-commerce projects or in FMCG/CEHAC, understand the specifics of the business and tasks of FMCG/CEHAC companies, key performance metrics, the structure and specifics of different departments
• Know the main mechanics of promoting brands online and offline, can calculate effectiveness and develop long-term development plans
• Have interacted with large businesses at the level of department heads, ideally with FMCG/CEHAC
• Have conducted commercial negotiations, concluded contracts, and grown business
• Possess good analytical skills, can interpret even the most non-obvious numbers
• Can handle objections, persuade partners, and be flexible
• Are communicative, can connect with people both inside and outside the company, find common ground with people of different levels and negotiate
• Are capable of taking responsibility for results and independently executing a project from zero to launch
