Our team in Belarus works with market leaders — the largest international and local producers of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). We are looking not just for a manager, but for a strategic partner who can immerse themselves deeply in clients' businesses and find growth opportunities not only through advertising budgets, but also with the help of comprehensive marketing solutions from the Yandex ecosystem.

What tasks await you

Helping Key Clients Grow Their Business You will analyze the business processes of clients who are among the top market players to offer them not just advertising campaigns, but holistic strategies. Your task is to become a trusted consultant for them, helping to achieve business goals using the full arsenal of our technologies.

Conducting High-Level Negotiations You will communicate with various client representatives: from marketers and agency specialists to business owners and top managers. You will confidently present and defend complex strategies, finding common ground with audiences of any level.

Implementing Non-Standard Projects You will encounter unique tasks for which there are no ready-made solutions. This will require close collaboration with adjacent Yandex teams to implement bold ideas and pilot projects that could become a new standard of work.

Working with the Ecosystem of Tools You will need to develop a deep understanding of the capabilities of our services: from Direct and Metrica to more complex AI solutions — and combine them to create maximally effective promotion programs.

We Expect You To

• Have worked with clients in marketing for leading FMCG producers or in an advertising agency in an account manager or director position
• Possess a broad network of contacts in the food industry and cosmetics sectors
• Have excellent knowledge of the advertising market and the specifics of online advertising
• Are skilled in communicating and negotiating with top executives and business owners
• Learn new things quickly and are ready to develop missing skills
• Are attentive to detail and persistent in achieving goals
• Are ready to communicate a lot with clients and easily find common ground with them
• Understand the specifics of working with clients through advertising agencies
• Easily take on diverse tasks and see them through to completion

Will be a plus

• Have experience independently developing and implementing comprehensive advertising and marketing strategies
• Are familiar with web analytics systems Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics
