Manager for Strategic Clients in the Industrial Sector
Yandex Belarus is looking not just for an account manager, but for a strategic business partner who will develop clients' business, not just their advertising budget. We are creating and developing one of the world's largest advertising systems, where 600+ thousand organizations grow with us every year: they attract customers, increase sales, and build brands using our AI solutions.
Your mission is to help Belarusian industrial and manufacturing companies find growth points by entering or strengthening their distribution in the Russian market. You will develop their business as a whole, not just their advertising budget. This is a challenge that requires a deep understanding of B2B sales, dealer networks, and the specifics of both markets. You will become the link between clients' plans and the technological power of Yandex.
Development of key clients in the industrial segment You will work with factories and large manufacturers, analyze their business models and build long-term growth strategies. Your task is to help them strengthen distribution or enter the Russian market using the full arsenal of Yandex tools.
Conducting negotiations at the level of strategic partnership You will communicate with business owners and top managers, confidently presenting comprehensive strategies. To do this, you need to speak their language and understand the specifics of industrial production and dealer networks.
Implementation of non-standard projects You will face unique challenges that require interaction with different teams within Yandex. This is an opportunity to create breakthrough solutions for clients, for example, helping to build marketing departments to support a dealer network or adapting Yandex products to the specific tasks of industrial companies.
