What tasks await you

Participation in all stages of the product development lifecycle As a business systems analyst, you will handle analysis from idea inception through release and production support. It is necessary to be involved during the discovery, design, development, testing, and implementation stages.

Interaction with stakeholders and internal teams You will need to clarify, formalize, and agree on requirements. You will conduct meetings with business customers and internal teams, capturing goals, constraints, and priorities.

Supporting requirement implementation from idea to deployment You will become a point of support for the teams: it is necessary to explain requirements, answer questions, clarify ambiguities. You will also manage requirement changes and ensure the final outcome meets business expectations.

Identifying functional and technical requirements You will need to determine functional and technical requirements, transforming them into documentation understandable to developers and business customers. You will need to describe what the system must do and how it must do it, as well as translate business requests into clear formulations for development and testing.

Decomposing tasks and identifying critical points for implementation You will break down large initiatives into user stories and subtasks, determine dependencies and risks, and separately document bottlenecks (integrations, data, migrations, SLAs) that could derail timelines.

We expect that you

• Have worked as a business systems analyst for three or more years in product or project teams
• Have modeled and designed business processes (UML, BPMN)
• Know how to prepare technical specifications, functional specifications, and other project documentation
• Understand microservices architecture and system integration principles

Will be a plus

• Have worked in robotics, industrial automation, or IoT
• Understand the principles of cloud services and modern technologies (Redis, Kafka, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL)
• Know the subject area of logistics, warehouse management, or industrial automation
