IT B2C is the largest ecosystem within Sber. We are a team of over 8,000 people across 18 cities in Russia. We are engaged in the development and enhancement of retail solutions, helping to make the Bank's services more accessible, secure, and convenient.
We are looking for a specialist to support the analytical infrastructure. The primary goal of your work will be to maintain the stability and reliability of data marts on Hadoop and Greenplum platforms.
Working under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will have a unique opportunity to master working with large volumes of data and gain practical skills in maintaining modern infrastructures.
Responsibilities
- Performing tasks related to monitoring and supporting data marts
- Resolving errors and failures in analytical systems
- Participating in PIR (Pilot Industrial Rollout) and subsequent product support
- Documenting completed work and preparing incident reports
- Solving typical tasks related to the operation of Hadoop and Greenplum systems
- Studying and implementing best practices for IT infrastructure management (ITIL, ITSM)
- Supporting Kafka, PostgreSQL, and OpenShift tools
- Supporting servers (including clustered systems) based on the Linux OS.
Requirements
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, and OpenShift
- Basic understanding of the Hadoop platform and Greenplum-type databases
- Fundamental skills in working with Linux-family operating systems
- Interest in learning and mastering work with large volumes of data
- Understanding the principles of ITIL/ITSM methodologies.
