Description
The team is engaged in developing functionality for the back office of processing:
Integration with the Bank's automated systems and payment systems, design and development of ETL processes.
Generating reporting based on processing data – card issuance, card logistics, Central Bank reports, reports for government agencies, compliance.
Transferring financial information on transactions to accounting systems; conducting clearing and settlements with payment schemes (MPS); reconciling end-of-day banking results; conducting loyalty operations; calculations for Faster Payments System (SBP) operations, etc.
Broad opportunities for self-realization, as there is no vendor lock-in and the entire process from product design to deployment into production is concentrated within the team.
Modern technology stack and architectural solutions (Postgres, kafka, microservice architecture, REST API, gRPC).
Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for the release cycle of back-office teams, controlling all stages: development, testing, deployment of functionality.
- Monitoring production process metrics, informing team leads about deviations, correcting deviations, conducting training with team leads if necessary.
- Fulfilling management assignments, such as, for example, preparing presentations or summary tables.
Requirements
- Higher technical education.
- Confident user of Excel, basic knowledge of SQL.
- Confident user of Jira, Confluence, MS Power Point, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
- Experience with AI tools (writing prompts for creating agents for the production process).
- High organizational skills: project management, interaction with related teams, task control at all stages, completing tasks within proactive deadlines.
- Full management of the release process from the analysis stage to feature release into PROD, control of the release schedule.
- Developing the release process, improving testing quality, automating the production process, reducing sprint cycles, additional internal team metrics.
- Managing releases at the git level.
- High level of understanding of production process metrics, ability to work with dashboards, proactive work with dashboards, team analysis, developing action plans, control at all stages.
- Understanding and applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies within teams.
