Product Manager for the Courier Platform Team in Delivery

We are looking for a talented product manager for the Yandex Pro team.

What tasks await you

Growth of business metrics Together with the team, you will seek a balance between a high courier income and a low delivery cost for the customer, to make the service's unit economics more efficient than competitors'.

Data analysis You will analyze couriers' interaction with the product, identify bottlenecks, build funnels, and together with analysts, find growth points.

Development of income modes You will be responsible for creating conditions for Yandex Delivery to become the priority choice for all couriers: pedestrian, bicycle, car, and cargo. You will need to develop flexible modes and implement options that will increase the happiness and loyalty of performers.

Coordination of team work You will coordinate the work of the IT team, project office, designers, operational departments, and other teams to ensure everyone is moving towards the common goal.

We expect that you

• Have worked 1–3 years as a product manager or analyst and are ready for rapid task growth
• Possess strong analytical skills: understand what a confidence interval is, know how to create honest A/B tests, and see the difference between a useful feature and a simple budget influx
• Are technically savvy: know the development cycle, understand the difference between a backend release and a mobile app release, and are not intimidated by words like Kafka, API, and localhost
• Know how to present work: can explain complex things simply and make the progress of your projects transparent to all stakeholders
