Product Lead in E-commerce

Yandex Direct is a unified platform for contextual and display advertising, enabling the construction of a sales funnel and solving marketing tasks at all its levels and for all types of businesses.

We are looking for a Product Lead who will create and implement the development strategy of our service for advertisers in the e-commerce industry.

What tasks await you

Strategy Development You will develop and implement the strategy for the direction.

Development of the Core Product You will develop the core Yandex Direct product for advertisers in the e-commerce industry.

Interaction with Colleagues from the Commercial Department Together with colleagues from the commercial department, you will be responsible for the revenue growth of the direction.

Hypothesis Generation You will generate hypotheses for new products, handle design, launch, and distribution.

Organization of Cross-Functional Teams' Work You will organize the work of cross-functional teams.

We expect that you

• Have experience with advertising products
• Have over five years of product management experience
• Have managed a team of product managers for at least two years
• Have developed a product development strategy and successfully implemented it
• Are able to identify problems, assess their scale, and the potential benefit from solving them
