Senior Product Manager for B2B Lending

We are looking for a product manager with relevant experience. You will be responsible for B2B lending products. Our team implements and develops products for Yandex's B2B clients. We create the best digital lending products on the market for Yandex partners and external clients.

What tasks await you

Product Launches You will develop B2B loans for clients across various segments — from micro-enterprises to large enterprises. You will also manage all product launch processes: analytics, market and competitor research, forming product hypotheses, creating development tasks, grooming and prioritizing tasks for development, and overseeing the launch.

Process Organization You will organize operational processes to support issued products and improve the quality of the client experience.

Product Profitability Optimization You will be responsible for product P&L, formulate pricing proposals, and manage the structure of revenues and expenses. Together with the risk, analytics, and marketing teams, you will analyze the funnel, improve penetration and conversion metrics, and achieve target product metrics.

Improving Client Experience You will organize research and interviews to determine client needs. Based on analytics data and in collaboration with support and product design teams, you will improve the client experience during loan issuance and servicing. Together with the marketing team, you will develop proposals for marketing activities to achieve target indicators.

We expect you to

• Have worked for at least three years in legal entity lending products (banks, specialized companies) in a department or product leadership role
• Understand how the lending process works and what regulatory requirements apply to a bank working with B2B loans
• Have a good understanding of the competitive landscape and best market practices
• Deeply understand the financial product needs of companies across different client segments, understand what unique selling propositions (USPs) a successful product should have for companies from SME to large enterprise
• Be able to manage large cross-functional teams
• Have a good understanding of the economics of products for auto dealers, have experience in product promotion and marketing

• Have proven experience in creating and implementing embedded finance for B2B loans
