Product Manager in Fintech

The United Company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed as a result of a merger between two market leaders – the IT company Wildberries and the outdoor advertising operator Russ. We are looking for a Product Manager for the fintech department.

What you will do

• Develop and implement product strategy aimed at growing key business metrics (average check, total revenue, conversion, etc.);
• Conduct research;
• Formulate and test hypotheses, describe A/B tests (metrics, setup), summarize results and make decisions based on the findings;
• Gather and analyze business inputs to formulate product concepts;
• Collaborate with designers to create interfaces and user experience;
• Communicate with the development team to discuss technical implementation and deployment of new features.

Required experience and knowledge

• Have experience in the B2C sector;
• Understand product development principles, have a basic understanding of the product release process;
• Know methods for growing business metrics;
• Are able to formulate product concepts and product vision;
• Possess skills in effective communication and interaction with various teams.
