Manager for Development of Offline Acquisition Channels for International Taxi Projects

We are looking for an active and ambitious manager who will launch and develop the offline driver acquisition channel through scouts in international markets where the Taxi service is present. If you enjoy field acquisition, know how to build systems from scratch, and are ready to travel frequently on business trips – you are our candidate!

What tasks await you

Budget Control and Performance Analysis You will daily track conversion rates and driver acquisition costs, compile reports, and optimize expenses.

Searching for and Developing Partners You will actively search for, attract, and onboard new scouts and agencies to expand acquisition volumes.

Scout System You will develop and implement a scout management system: train them, create scripts, motivate, and control their field work.

We expect you to

• Have experience in offline acquisition or field team management (supervisor of promoters, mass hiring manager, field manager in event or telecom sectors, work with crowds)
• Possess developed communication skills, stress resistance under high load and multitasking
• Have an Advanced or higher level of English proficiency
• Be ready for non-standard tasks
• Be ready for frequent and long business trips

It will be a plus

• You know Spanish
• Have worked in the taxi or passenger transportation sector
• Have built scout or similar acquisition networks from scratch and achieved success
