SMB Client Development Group Head
Yandex Go for Business is a service used by tens of thousands of corporate clients: Russian and international companies. It includes corporate taxi, carsharing and refueling services, food and other order deliveries. We help clients optimize business expenses and make their employees' lives better.
We are currently looking for a bold and ambitious leader to head the SMB client development group.
Team management You will manage a group of sales managers (up to 25 people): control the quality and volume of work, motivate and develop employees, hire and onboard new specialists.
Achieving business results and process optimization Your goal is to fulfill the group's financial plan and achieve KPIs. You will have to increase employee efficiency, optimize interaction with related departments, and also analyze and improve processes to grow revenue and key metrics.
