Avito Auction is a separate channel for buying out cars, where the seller chooses the auto dealer to sell the car to, and the dealer can buy the car before it's published on Avito.
Auction helps users profitably sell their car to vetted partners.
You will be responsible for:
- making outbound calls to car owners who participated in online bidding;
- helping owners decide on a buyer (dealer center);
- coordinating the sale process: organizing meetings, supporting the client at all stages, and tracking statuses;
- maintaining and daily updating the client database in the CRM system: recording all interactions, statuses, and agreements.
We expect you to:
- have experience in telephone sales and be focused on development;
- have experience working in the automotive segment;
- be persistent and persuasive: able to argue and defend your position to achieve business goals, while not forgetting the client's interests and benefits.
