Customer Success Manager for Direct

The Yandex Advertising sales team nurtures high-potential clients, develops marketing strategies, and helps businesses master our products. We work with small and medium-sized business clients — the most promising market segment in Russia, which grows year after year.

What tasks await you

Working with a corporate client base You will build partnerships with clients, meet online and in person, and prepare commercial proposals for client development.

Audit of advertising campaigns You will audit advertising campaigns and provide recommendations on how to increase advertising effectiveness. You will need to teach advertisers the basics of internet marketing and working with the product, and participate in cross-functional projects of the sales team.

We expect that you

• Have worked in sales or marketing for more than two years
• Easily find common ground with people and know how to conduct presentations
• Quickly learn new things and strive to broaden your horizons
• Set bold goals for yourself and achieve results

It will be a plus if you

• Have a good knowledge of the online and offline advertising market
• Have worked with Yandex advertising products
• Have skills in working with CRM systems
• Know how to conduct business correspondence and personal negotiations
• Have experience with public speaking
