eCredit Client Development Manager
Auto.ru service helps you buy or sell a car quickly and safely. We are expanding our business and launching new services. In the summer of 2024, Auto.ru acquired eCredit, a B2B platform for car loans. We are looking for a client development manager.
Interaction with dealers Your mission is to ensure that dealerships don't just use our platform, but love it and see you as a reliable partner. Your main task is to create a positive product interaction experience. You will personally communicate with dealers: meet with decision-makers, dive deep into their business processes, and help solve business problems using our tools.
Working with partner requests Recording a technical bug, an integration question, creating or configuring access—all these are your tasks. You won't be digging into the code yourself, but you are the one who will promptly connect the right experts and see the matter through to resolution.
Working with contracts and accounts receivable Contract terminations, working with accounts receivable, negotiations on discounts—you will seek a way out of the most difficult financial situations, protecting the company's interests.
Promoting new products within the platform You will interact with dealers as part of pilot projects, developing and scaling them.
