Responsibilities
- maintain and develop relationships with partners in the assigned territory (car dealerships) - Simferopol and Sevastopol
- conduct negotiations with potential partners in the region, collect documents for concluding a cooperation agreement
- manage sales in the assigned territory, ensure the achievement of planned targets
- work with full-time staff (scheduling work hours, monitoring attendance, monitoring achievement of planned targets)
- interact with agents in the assigned territory
- prepare established reporting forms
Requirements
- have a higher education
- can work in a multitasking mode with a large volume of information
- have sales experience (preference for candidates with experience in auto lending, or auto insurance (leasing companies are also acceptable), knowledge of the regional market will be a significant advantage)
- have negotiation experience
- result-oriented
- are an experienced PC user
- have a driver's license and a personal car, ready for a traveling nature of work
- basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence (for example, GigaChat)
