Responsibilities

What you will do:

• organize the work of the auto lending department

• ensure the effective execution of tasks and achievement of goals by managing the activities of subordinates and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures

• organize recruitment, staffing, and planning of professional and career development for employees under functional subordination

• interact with related Bank departments

• be a mentor for new employees.

Conditions

We expect you to:

• have a higher education

• be able to work in a multitasking mode with a large volume of information

• have work experience in the sales of banking products

• have managerial skills when working with a team of 7+ people (from 1 year)

• be ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses)

Additional education in sales and having a personal car will be a plus.
