Requirements
What you will do:
- organize the work of the auto lending department (20 – 25 field employees)
- ensure effective task completion and goal achievement by managing the activities of subordinates and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures
- organize the recruitment, staffing, planning of professional and career development for functionally subordinate employees
- interact with related Bank departments
- be a mentor for new employees.
Conditions
We expect you to:
- have a higher education
- be able to work in a multitasking mode with a large volume of information
- have experience in selling banking products
- have management skills when working with a team of 7+ people (from 1 year)
- be ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
Additional education in sales is a plus.
