Responsibilities
What you will do:
- develop the territory in the area of auto lending, conduct negotiations with key persons of potential partners;
- conclude and support contracts with partners, build long-term cooperation;
- manage sales in the assigned territory, ensure the fulfillment of plans for auto loans and related banking products;
- lead a team of lending specialists, motivate and develop employees;
- participate in the selection of personnel for the unit;
- coordinate the work of external part-time employees in the territory;
- prepare and submit reports in established formats.
Requirements
We expect you to:
- have a higher education
- have successful experience in active sales for at least three years
- have proven experience in negotiations with decision-makers
- a plus will be — experience in auto lending, auto insurance, leasing
- be ready for a traveling nature of work
- have a high degree of independence, the ability to quickly adapt to market changes and promptly respond to challenges.
