Description
We are looking for talents to join the auto lending division, which is responsible for developing partnership programs with automotive manufacturers, creating joint financial products, growing auto loan sales, and improving the customer experience when purchasing cars. The team operates at the intersection of sales, product development, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing relationships with key automotive manufacturers (OEMs) and importers – partnership work
- Coordinating and launching joint auto loan programs and subsidized financial products – working with internal stakeholders within the Bank.
- Negotiating commercial terms of cooperation, participating in contract execution – commercial management
- Analyzing the auto loan market, competitive environment, and partner sales – understanding market dynamics
- Joint development of marketing campaigns and sales incentive programs
- Coordinating interaction between internal bank divisions (risk, product, marketing, legal department, operational teams)
- Supporting the launch of new car models and corresponding financial solutions
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in the banking sector, auto lending, automotive industry, or insurance.
- Experience in negotiations – partnership work
- An interest in the auto lending market, automotive business, or dealer networks will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at a confident level
- English and Chinese language skills are not required but will be a plus
