Responsibilities
- organize the work of the auto lending department
- ensure efficient task execution and goal achievement by managing the activities of subordinates and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures
- organize recruitment, staffing, and planning of professional and career development for employees under functional subordination
- interact with related Bank departments and serve as a mentor for new employees.
Requirements
- have a higher education degree
- own a personal automobile
- are ready for a job involving travel
- can work in a multitasking mode with a large volume of information
- have work experience in sales of banking products
- have management skills when working with a team
- are ready to use AI in daily work (training at the company's expense—there are our own courses).
