Responsibilities

• organize the work of the auto lending department
• ensure efficient task execution and goal achievement by managing the activities of subordinates and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures
• organize recruitment, staffing, and planning of professional and career development for employees under functional subordination
• interact with related Bank departments and serve as a mentor for new employees.

Requirements

• have a higher education degree
• own a personal automobile
• are ready for a job involving travel
• can work in a multitasking mode with a large volume of information
• have work experience in sales of banking products
• have management skills when working with a team
• are ready to use AI in daily work (training at the company's expense—there are our own courses).
