Senior Business Development Manager for Travel

Our team is responsible for the growth of Yandex Travel. We conceive, test, and scale projects so that even more people use our service.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager in the short-term rental segment. You will interact with partners and implement cross-functional projects together with product and marketing teams.

What tasks await you

Managing business development projects You will launch turnkey projects: search for new business models, check their viability, implement and scale the best options, optimize workflows.

Working with partners You will maintain and develop relationships with Travel partners, analyze markets, trends, and competitors, systematize knowledge, and then transform it into business cases that will increase the efficiency and attractiveness of the service for partners.

We expect that you

• Have at least three years of experience in TravelTech or at a large IT company
• Can build relationships with partners of various levels and from different industries
• Have developed and implemented business cases in practice
• Can work with market analytics and have built a service development strategy

It will be a plus

• Understand the operation of OTAs and travel aggregators
• Know how the hotel industry works and how it differs from short-term rentals
