Business Lead | Cashback
T-Bank | We are looking for Product Leads!

T-Bank's Cashback team is responsible for one of the key formats of interaction with 30+ million customers - cashback in debit and credit cards and other products within the ecosystem.
Customers receive hundreds of billions of rubles per year in cashback. We influence customer behavior, increase LTV, retention, and cross-sales. It's a loyalty tool that works for the economy and engagement.
We are currently seeking a Business Lead to head the direction and be responsible for the financial results, strategy, and product development.
What you will do
- Be responsible for the annual financial results: how much cashback customers received, what portfolio growth and LTV we gained in return.
- Manage an annual budget of ~100 billion rubles, make decisions regarding its efficiency and allocation.
- Build a 3-5 year loyalty strategy: which mechanics work, how they influence behavior, where the synergies are with other products.
- Develop behavioral mechanics: personalization, progress systems, challenges, engagement levels - not just cashback, but an experience.
- Integrate loyalty into key products.
- Work with data: segmentation, forecasting, A/B testing, ML approaches - to understand what works and what doesn't.
- Build processes within the team: OKR, roadmap, data-driven culture.
- Coordinate work with marketing, IT, analytics, legal, and other teams - without direct subordination but with real influence.
Who we need
- Experience in a product role at a head-level, preferably in large-scale companies: banks, fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, telecom, retail.
- Management experience: building, developing, and motivating teams (PMs, analysts, design, IT).
- Ability to work with large budgets and customer portfolios - from 1 billion rubles per year.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Execution-first: you do, measure, improve. You don't like endless discussions without progress.
- Systems thinking: you can switch between strategy and operations, see the whole picture.
Will be a plus
- Experience in loyalty, marketing programs, or behavioral economics.
- Education in analytics, economics, or exact sciences.
